Beringer of Patchwork Meadow

Beringer is our second offspring from a Hollywood/Ellie breeding. We were so impressed with their first cria, our reserve champion Patriot, that we repeated the breeding in 2006 and again in 2007. It was certainly a sound decision! Beringer is a fantastic young male with great character in his fiber. His fineness, stapling and consistency cause people to exclaim every time they look into his dense fleece. Beringer has strong conformation with an upright stance and good alignment in his bite. An easy to handle alpaca, he is friendly and inquisitive. The results of Beringer’s first season of shows and the Judges’ comments about him have validated our excitement about his quality and potential for future herdsire status.

With the outstanding genetics of Dom Lucilio, PPPeruvian Royal Fawn, PPPeruvian Augusto and Peruvian Macusani in his lineage, Beringer is well suited to enhance any future breeding program. We anticipate adding Beringer to our active herdsire list in the summer of 2009.
